Coming soon to Katy is an approximate 300 unit community of rental apartments. This development will bring a fresh perspective on the modern farmhouse trend prevalent throughout the west side of Houston’s communities of Katy and Fulshear. The community will stand apart from nearby offerings by featuring air conditioned corridors, elevators, tuck under garages and a more curated and elevated design aesthetic.
